PCIIF is a not-for-profit entity established by Rajkiya Engineering College, Azamgarh (Formerly Manyawar Knshiram Engineering College of Information Technology society registration number 213/2009-10 dated 17.06.2019) .The main aim of PCIIFis to promote the culture of entrepreneurship through technology business incubation and establishment of start-ups amongst its students, faculty and interested citizens
Promoting Innovations & Entrepreneurship
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has under its Uttar Pradesh Start-up Policy 2015-2020 provided the framework for provision of grants and operation of technology business incubators through its Operational Guidelines and Application Format for Technology Business Incubators. The Guidelines detail the particulars and conditions for provision of grants to technology business incubators towards financing their purchase and provision of equipment and facilities to Technology Start-ups as well as their operational expenses
The Incubation Centre will provide an ecosystem to start-ups of enterprising students and alumni of the college and nearest college/institute of different districts. This Centre shall provide working space at flexible lease, common office, laboratory facilities, business guidance, mentoring and other technical resources in network mode at the college.
This centre shall host approximately six to ten clients at a time in a new 10000 sq.ft. well-equipped facility that include a mix of office, lab space and necessary infrastructure for prototype building & legal support. The facility owned by the college, university and state government of Uttar Pradesh is being built at the college and shall be operational within one year.
